PARENTS

To keep up-to-date with key messages and communications, we use the following online platforms:

ParentPay Communication & Payment System

We use ParentPay as our all-in-one system for school communication and payments. All important letters, updates, and messages from school are shared with you through ParentPay. You can also make secure, cashless payments for school trips, activities, and other items directly in the system.

By keeping everything in one place, ParentPay makes it easier for you to stay informed and manage school payments quickly and safely. To get started, contact the school office at admin@scotts.havering.sch.uk  to receive your code and activate your child’s ParentPay account.

(Please note: there is currently no ParentPay app. To access your account, simply log in through the ParentPay website on your computer, tablet, or phone.)

Google Classroom

Google Classroom is the platform we use to set online homework from Year 1 through to Year 6.  Teachers also use this platform to post key curriculum, timetable and year group specific messages.

Children have been provided with logins for Google Classroom, and classrooms can be accessed by signing in at classroom.google.com (Please ensure any other Google accounts used on the device are logged out before trying to access the classroom. No class code is required if you are trying to access the correct Google Classroom using the correct login.) Please speak to your child’s class teacher if you are having any difficulties in accessing this platform.

Class Dojo

Our Reception class teachers in Chestnut and Willow use Class Dojo to post key messages and learning highlights. Access details are provided to Reception parents/carers upon joining the school. Please speak to your child’s class teacher if you are having any difficulties in accessing this platform.

Amazon Wishlist

As a school, we have set up a wish list of items that we would like to purchase to further enhance our school resources but aren't yet in a position to prioritise them. If you would like to 'gift us' an item from the list we would be very grateful.
