There's a Pharaoh in our Bath!

In English, we will be reading the Jeremy Strong book - ‘There’s a Pharaoh in our bath!’. During this half term, the children will be developing their story writing and will be working on their ability to include speech within a narrative. Drama including hot seating and role play will support children with their creative thinking and imaginative storytelling.

Maths
This half term, children will be developing their measuring knowledge and understanding specifically in mass and capacity.
We will also be learning about time. We will recap o’clock and half past and then move on to telling the time to the nearest five minutes. The children will learn about the 24 hour clock and will work on their problem solving skills, in connection to telling the time.
